Being an exceptional PM boils down to the quality of your questions.
Do you have a lens on the user problem?
Some fall short on figuring out what the product is solving for. You need to find that a’ha insight.
There’s bias in us all.
You may not understand the space enough. Or you may know it too well.
A great PM can inject themselves into the same context as the user. Can get themselves into the weeds of research.
This creates better insights. And better solutions.
