I try to give people as much freedom as possible. I trust them.

It started because I converted from marketing to PM. I needed to rely on the expertise of each person on the team to ramp up. And to do well.

I had to use all of the brains.

When I looked at other teams, I noticed we had become fundamentally different.

The way we operate. Speak to each other. Interact. Get things done.

We created a new model of collaboration.

It let us to move faster. We doubled the number experiments we ran every quarter for a year.
